Currently, Senior Product Designer at Wattpad focussed on Growth and exploring AI to further enhance my design workflows.

Leading through ambiguity with strategy and design
I thrive in the messy middle—where problems aren't fully defined and solutions aren't obvious yet. I lead cross-functional collaboration with PMs, Data, Research, Marketing, and Customer Support to turn uncertainty into clarity.I plan and facilitate design workshops to align on shared goals, then present strategic design directions to leadership and stakeholders. Working closely with PMs and Data teams, developing a hypotheses and defining success metrics - letting data guide our decisions rather than assumptions.
When ambiguity is high, I embrace experimentation as a tool for learning. I partner with UX Research to validate directions (and have previously run usability tests myself), then stay hands-on through engineering and QA to ensure quality execution.
The work doesn't stop at launch. I track how features perform post-release and continuously look for opportunities to optimize based on real user behaviour and business impact.
